The next time you are in southern Russia on the Black Sea, head down to the new MOPE seaside housing development. This LGSF structure on the beach supports the new terrace at the cafe. Its the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee (while the galvanized steel studs are still bearing up!). This project gives a whole new meaning to ‘salt spray testing.’ The terrace structure has been in place for over a year, and so far, no casualties have been reported.
